ONLINE STORE POLICIES

Product Descriptions

We make every effort to display accurate product information. As many items are handmade or one-of-a-kind vintage pieces, variations, flaws, or unique characteristics may be present.

Pricing & Payment

• Prices are listed in USD + may change at any time.

• Payment is due at checkout via approved online payment processors.

• Wizard of Odds LLC is not responsible for additional bank or processing fees.

Shipping

• Shipping times vary based on carrier.

• We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs.

Returns & Exchanges

• Due to the nature of handmade + vintage items, all sales are generally final, unless an item arrives damaged or incorrect.

• Requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery with photo documentation.

BOOKING + APPOINTMENT POLICIES

Wizard of Odds uses Acuity Scheduling online to book art classes, officiant services, private events, + consultations.

Scheduling

• Bookings are confirmed only after full payment or deposit (depending on the service).

• You agree to provide accurate contact + event information.

Minor Participation + Safety Policy

• At Wizard of Odds, we are committed to providing a safe, creative, + respectful environment for all participants. Any participants 15 years of age + under are required to be accompanied by a paying adult for the duration of the art class or event. To ensure appropriate supervision, registrations for minors must include two booked spots - one for the minor + one for the accompanying adult.

• Wizard of Odds art classes are designed as creative experiences, not childcare services. This policy helps us maintain a positive atmosphere for all attendees while prioritizing safety, engagement, + mutual respect.

• Thank you for understanding + helping us create a welcoming space for creativity + connection.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

• Art Classes + Private Parties: Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance for a credit or reschedule. Client may be responsible for any costs incurred.

• Officiant services: Deposits are non-refundable; cancellations must follow contract terms provided at booking.

• Wizard of Odds LLC reserves the right to cancel or reschedule due to emergency or unforeseen circumstances.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All website content—including text, images, branding, product descriptions, + class materials—is owned by Wizard of Odds LLC + protected by copyright law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use content without explicit written permission.

USER CONDUCT

You agree not to:

• Use the site for unlawful purposes

• Attempt to disrupt website functionality

• Interfere with booking or purchasing systems

• Provide false information during checkout or scheduling

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
